In the beautiful countryside near the town of Denekamp is located on the edge of a small park this house and great garden with lots of privacy. The house has a bedroom with double bed and the possibility to close an extra bedroom from the living room. The kitchen (with free coffee and tea) and bathroom (incl. Towels) are fully equipped. The garden is large, grassy and fenced with a low (80cm) fence and surrounded with many trees and bushes to fully enjoy the peace and space that Twente has to offer. You can use all amenities from coffee maker, wifi, iron, TV to hair dryer. Upon arrival, the beds are already made and for the use of the towels and bed linen are NO extra charges, so you can fully enjoy your vacation.

The center of Denekamp and Nordhorn (Germany) can be found 5 km from the house. Here you can go for groceries or to enjoy an evening meal out. Also the cities Oldenzaal, Ootmarsum and the nature around the Lutte sand are easy to reach by bike or car to enjoy nature or shopping. The following places are all around the cottage (from 5 to 25 minutes cycling: - Singraven Estate, with its beautiful nature to walk through and cozy terrace at the watermill.- Ootmarsum, its cozy center with stores, gallerys and terraces- The Springendal, behind Ootmarsum with its great natural sources very nice place to go cycling (or by car) and there to walk.- The lutte sand, great for walking and cycling along the river dinkel.- Oldenzaal, known for the PlechelmusBasiliek and the many cafes and restaurants.
