You are warmly welcome at our B&B, located in the hamlet of Klatering between Beilen and Westerbork. This charming cottage is situated at the far end of our farm garden. During your stay, this guesthouse is reserved exclusively for you. You’ll enjoy plenty of privacy and your own terrace. This comfortable cottage is spacious and tastefully decorated, featuring a living room, a bedroom with box-spring beds (180 x 200 cm), and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Coziness and a relaxed atmosphere are our top priorities: we’d love to introduce you to the warmth, tranquility, and beauty of the Drenthe countryside. Klatering is the ideal base from which to explore Drenthe: by bike, on foot, or by car. Or discover Drenthe in one of our “Ugly Ducklings” (2 CV6). Centrally located: the museums and attractions Drenthe has to offer, as well as the beautiful nature reserves, are never far away! If desired, we can provide a deluxe breakfast for you; the cost is 11.00 euros per day per person.

For young and old, rain or shine, there’s always something to do or see in Drenthe. Centrally located, our B&B is a great base from which to explore Drenthe. Go hiking, biking, or explore Drenthe by car. The Dwingelerveld, the Terhorsterzand, the Mantingerzand, and the beaches of the Blauwe Meer and Ieberenplas are all beautiful nature areas worth exploring. Drenthe’s village green towns are well worth a visit: Dwingeloo, Lhee, Diever, Westerbork, Borger, and the beautiful museum village of Orvelte. There are interesting museums and several open-air museums. During the summer months, there are many markets and events, such as the famous “Donderdag Meppeldag,” the “Pulledagen” in Hoogeveen, the weekly “Vlindermarkt” in Emmen, “Oogstdag” in Lhee, and the many folkloric markets. Antique and flea market enthusiasts can also indulge themselves in Drenthe, where there are many charming shops and regular flea markets. There are plenty of restaurants to suit every taste: from pancakes to Michelin-starred restaurants.
