Wake up every morning with a view of hundreds of olive trees. In our apartment, you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy the absolute tranquillity of Italian nature. Go to the lake or the sea, explore the culinary diversity and the typical Italian towns around Lago di Bolsena, visit Rome, relax in the region's sulphur springs or spend the whole day on the terrace with a book - everything is open to you! The house has seven apartments, each of which has access to a balcony or terrace. Three of the seven apartments also have a kitchen and each apartment has its own bathroom. One of the apartments is barrier-free. We are also happy to rent out individual apartments if you are not in a large group.

The house is situated in a secluded location and therefore offers absolute peace and relaxation.in the center of the city there are shops, pizzerias, bars and restaurants (about 6 minutes by car). Larger supermarkets can be reached in the nearby villages by car (approx. 15 min).the old town is also located in the center and is very worth seeing (see photos).there is also, among other things, an award-winning restaurant in the center of Farnese (Piazzetta del Sole).Lake Bolsena is about 20 minutes away by car. There are several beaches, and also the possibility to rent a boat.a day trip to Rome is also possible (approx. 150 km). This is possible either by car or by train.
