Cozy, with nice view of the water (had one of the houseboats with living room on the waterfront). Kitchen ok equipped (no microwave), beds a bit hard. With more than 2 adults, I think it gets very cramped. Also best to keep in mind that you do have to travel some distance with your luggage (there are carts provided).
