Our fine and well-insulated B&B was built in 2021, and is tastefully decorated entirely to your own taste and style. The B&B is literally located on the PLATE and vast land. The wide view with amazing sunrise and sunset. Lots of privacy and fully equipped. On the first floor is the bedroom located where a lovely double bed (1.60x2.00) is ready for you. The bathroom and kitchen are equipped with bath-kitchen linen. The kitchen is equipped with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle and microwave. There is also a large refrigerator. The room has a TV and radio. Heating by central heating. Toilet in separate room. Private parking. In the morning a delicious breakfast is served. It is possible to rent bikes, this must be arranged in advance. Please inquire about the possibilities.

Our B&B is rural, there are many cycling and walking possibilities. Franeker, one of the Frisian 11 cities, is a short distance away. Here you will find several supermarkets. There are also nice and good restaurants where you can go. Franeker has a beautiful old city center, surrounded by old bastions that lie around the old center. There you will also find the famous planetarium of Eise Eisinga, a unique and world famous sight. About 15 kilometers away is Harlingen on the Wadden Sea. (Unesco World Heritage Site). The Wadden Sea, which is unique because of the drying up of the sandbanks by ebb and flood. Ferries depart from here to the Wadden Islands of Vlieland and Terschelling. The sea dike and the Wadden Sea are a short distance away. Here you will enjoy peace, sounds of birds and a beautiful vista. To the east of Peins, about 17 kilometers away is the Frisian capital Leeuwarden, which was the cultural capital of Europe in 2018.
