Great cottage
Top huisje
After a bit of searching... yep, you really have to take the route the owner gives you! AND you really do have to cross the farmer’s yard...
Then, at the end of the paved path [read: the end of the world], you find yourself in your own fairy tale.
This is where we started our combined vacation. [After a week, we moved to another nature house.]
We had a wonderfully peaceful stay, together with our Kooiker dog, Douwe. He, too, had the time of his life.
It’s a wonderful place for walks, and in the evenings you can spot deer in the surrounding meadows.
And you can always sit outside under the large canopy—there’s plenty of patio furniture.
The cottage itself? Great! If you’re tall.... you’ll have to duck your head here and there, but otherwise it’s perfectly fine.
If you like to sit high at the table, we didn’t use the couch.
The beds were long and wide enough, but for us the mattresses were too soft. {personal opinion]

En ten alle tijde buiten, onder de grote overkapping zitten, tuinmeubilair genoeg.
Het huisje zelf? Super! Als je lang bent.... je hoofd hier en daar in trekken, maar prima te doen verder.
Als je graag hoog aan tafel zit t/m, de bank hebben we niet gebruikt.
De bedden waren lang en breed genoeg, maar voor ons waren de matrassen te zacht. {persoonlijk]
