Our small country house in a secluded location has approx. 80 square meters of living space, consisting of a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower, an anteroom and a large living room. The cottage with its unique location in the Bucklige Welt is a refuge for dreamers and those seeking peace and quiet. The amenities of electricity and hot water are also part of the comfort package. Shopping facilities are available at the nearest neighbor, which is approx. 500m away. Here you can buy fresh eggs and milk directly from the farmer. Further shopping facilities can be reached by car in Hochneukirchen and Jormannsdorf.no WLAN, but better closeness to nature. Please bring your own bed linen. A new 35sqm covered outdoor lounge was built in 2021. The lounge invites you to barbecue & chill out. A cozy place to enjoy the view or the starry sky.
Nature and surroundings
Behind the house is an extensive forest with hiking trails. In front of the house is extensively farmed grassland. The house is largely self-sufficient in energy thanks to a PV system. Heating is provided by solar power and wood-burning stoves in the house. The wood for the stoves is included in the price and comes from the surrounding forests. The water supply is provided by a domestic well. The waste water is collected in a pit and serves as fertilizer for the grassland.
