Nature house in Isca sullo Ionio

From the highest part of the village of Isca sullo Ionio (CZ) in Calabria, you go down a goat path, cross the river twice and then up a steep staircase again. This nature house is a former pigsty. Really something for adventurers. There is no electricity. This house consists of downstairs a room with a terrace and an outdoor kitchen and upstairs a study with next to it the sleeping area with a single or double bed. The toilet house with an outdoor shower are located outside. Of course, there is plenty of opportunity for bathing in the river. Pigpens used to be often located in the most beautiful places: in the country, not too far from the village and with a beautiful view. Today these little buildings are often long out of use and dilapidated into a pile of stones.

We embrace each other for the second time. We don't even have to tell each other: we came to Calabria for this place.'
