Our newly installed modern but cozy chalet with veranda and spacious bicycle storage is located on the edge of our small and quiet chalet park, in the woods of Soest just steps away from the Soesterduinen. It is lovely to stay here if you want to relax but is also a wonderful base for all kinds of activities.
Nature and surroundings
The chalet is located on the nature trail the Zoom on the outskirts of Soest, here you can enjoy and relax in a beautiful versatile environment. Forests, dunes, heathland and a polder landscape along the river Eem. Soest has it all. Are you looking for a nice outing or excursion? You can, for example, go to the Military Aviation Museum or the Amersfoort Zoo. Or if you want to know more about the old crafts in Soest village life, visit Museum oud Soest. Those who fancy an active outing are also in the right place in Soest. Summer or winter, you can go swimming, horseback riding, golfing, walking and cycling in Soest. Large cities such as Utrecht and Amersfoort are easy to reach by public transport or by bicycle. Within an hour's walk through the woods(5km) you are already in the picturesque and restaurant rich Lage Vuursche. Nature, peace & environment:Cottage was located end of the road into the forest along the railroad. Furthermore, the cottage was clean and well maintained. Have had a nice week. Owners had previously communicated by email the route and regulations and upon arrival we were kindly received and wished us a pleasant stay. A welcome gift was for us in the refrigerator what we found very appreciative. Further to mention is that we are a different cottage is assigned that was initially booked. The owners have informed us early due to the occupation of the cottage. Here we were proposed an alternative and agreed. From a 2 pers. to a 4 pers. cottage at no extra cost. We are very grateful to them.
Huisje stond eindje van de weg het bos in langs het spoor. Hebben geen hinder ervan ondervonden.
Verder was het huisje goed schoon en onderhouden. Hebben er een fijne week gehad. Eigenaren hadden vooraf per mail de aanrij route en de reglementen overlegd en bij aankomst ons vriendelijk te woord gestaan en ons een fijne verblijf gewenst. Een welkomst geschenk stond voor ons de koelkast wat we zeer erkentelijk vond.
Verder nog te vermelden is dat ons een ander huisje is toe gewezen dat in eerste instantie was geboekt.
De eigenaren hebben ons dit vroegtijdig gemeld i.v.m de bezetting van het huisje. Men heeft hier ons een voorstel
gedaan voor een alternatief en zijn hiermee accoord gegaan. Van een 2 pers. naar een 4 pers. huisje zonder extra kosten. Wij zijn hun daar zeer dankbaar voor.This text is automatically translated.
