The house is located 700 m. from beach and 150 m. from the most beautiful dune area of the Netherlands. It borders the polder in which there is a bird sanctuary. A wonderful place for walking, cycling and relaxing. You are 2 km from the village of Groet with restaurants, supermarket and bike rental. Schoorl center is 4.5 km away, Bergen 10 km and Alkmaar 18 km. From the garden you have a view of the dunes and the Hondsbosschezeewering.
