Our apartment has been certified as an “Eifel National Park Host.” Located in a quiet area on the outskirts of town and at the edge of the forest, our vacation apartments measure approximately 70 square meters. Here, groups of up to 4 people can feel right at home and enjoy a pleasant vacation. Spread over two levels, you’ll find a kitchenette, dining area, and 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms (shower/toilet). In addition, Apartment 1 features a relaxing open loft area. Here’s an overview of the apartment’s amenities: 1 living room with sitting and dining areas; a fully equipped built-in kitchenette including a dishwasher; an open loft serving as a relaxation area; 2 bedrooms, each with a shower and toilet; Cot available upon request; satellite TV and stereo radio; use of washing machine and dryer available; terrace with private garden area; hotspot—free Wi-Fi for internet access; child-friendly location (large lawn and enclosed courtyard)

Het interieur is een beetje verouderd, maar degelijk, mooi schoon en goed onderhouden.
Veel vogels, vleermuisjes, een paar reeën, en vooral heel veel rust.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
- Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
