The cottage (112m) is located in Pacentro, one of the most beautiful borghos of Italy. It is ideally suited for people who love nature, peace and quiet and walking, but also real Italian village life. The bakery, butcher, supermarket, the best restaurant in Abruzzo, numerous other restaurants and some bars are within walking distance. The house has a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a large double bed and 2 bathrooms. There is also a good camp bed and a high chair. In the summer it is cool inside and you can enjoy the phenomenal view outside on one of the two terraces. The kitchen has all the basic necessities such as coffee, tea, oil and spices. Bed and bath linen and final cleaning are included. Pets are welcome! There is a discreet fence around the entire garden. Parking is free 100m from the cottage. The house is less suitable for people with mobility problems.

The cottage is on the edge of the borgho, overlooks a valley in which only the little river, the birds and sometimes the zipline can be heard. The view is beautiful. Toward the east you can see the (snowy) ridge of the Majella Mountains. There is a large, completely fenced garden of 1000m with two terraces facing south. Directly from the house you can make numerous (marked) walks. The nature of Abruzzo is overwhelmingly beautiful! The beach of Pescara is a 40-minute drive away. Both Rome and Naples can be reached within 2 hours.
