This lovely vacation home, a Finnish log cabin is located in the middle of the forest and here you will immediately come to rest. The cottage is cozy and comfortably furnished. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the second floor there is a loft with four sleeping places. On the veranda you can sit and overlook two ponds. Completely surrounded by nature.
Nature and surroundings
The log cabin is located on the Dutch-German border, on a plot of 2 hectares of forest land. Just at the steep edge of the high terrace formed by the Meuse in days gone by. This piece of natural landscape is excellent for hiking, cycling and sports (mountain biking)From the log cabin there are several (through) hiking trails such as the route Belfeld-Bracht-Kaldenkirchen. The walkers of the Pieterpad and Santiago de Compostella pass the cabin. Near the cabin is also the starting point for the bicycle routes of North and Central Limburg. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings through the nodes route. Furthermore, you can visit the dam complex in the Meuse or the historic monastery village of Steijl. Via the A73 you can reach the cities of Venlo and Roermond (the designer outlet center) within 15 minutes for a day of shopping.
