Nature house in Roggel

Our holiday home is in a unique location, on the edge of the Leudal nature reserve (100 m down the sandy path), in the middle of the Central Limburg cycling region and 10 km from Roermond, which is known for its Maasplassen (water sports) and shopping opportunities (Designed Outlet Center). The house is on the first floor (stair gate present), covers 94m2 and has a large living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms with box spring beds, bathroom with shower/toilet and space outside (fenced). Bicycles can be stored out of sight. Parking is available on site. The center of the nearby village is 1 km away with all amenities such as a supermarket, bakery, butcher's shop, etc. Since 2022 we have been renting out our holiday home.

Walking: Our holiday home is located on the edge of the Leudal nature reserve (100m), which is 900 hectares in size. There are extensive hiking opportunities in Leudal. From Leudal you also have easy access to the National Parks De Groote Peel (18 km) and De Meinweg (25 km). Cycling: In Central Limburg you can make beautiful cycling trips via the well-known bicycle route networks. Water sports and shopping (10 km): De Maasplassen is the largest continuous water sports area in the Netherlands where you can sail, sail, swim. The center of Roermond offers a range of churches and squares. You will also find a well-known designed outlet center.
