The farmhouse is a restored country house from late 1800s, located in a quiet village among the hills, within 40 minutes drive to the beach/mountains. It is surrounded by unspoilt nature. Our little homestead has friendly goats, ducks, geese, cats, organic vegetables, eggs and goat milk available for the guests (at extra cost). Great home-made food available at additional cost. Foraging walks, pizza making, wild cooking classes available at request. Stunning views, fantastic walks, fresh air, great tourist sites, charming little towns, best food in Italy - everything you need for your perfect holiday!
Nature and surroundings
The Farmhouse is located in a quiet tiny village, surrounded by green hills, with views on the Majella mountains and the Adriatic sea. The near forests are 5 minutes walk away, there are plenty of wild fields and meadows to go foraging within a walking distance. Our free range goats and ducks provide fresh eggs and milk, the land pr0vides vegetables and fruit. Lake Bomba is 15 min drive away, National Park 40 minutes, Within a short drive you can visit deer, chamois, Apenine wolf and Marsican bear observation sites. Foxes, wild boar, birds of prey are a common sight here. We organize foraging walks, wild cooking classes, making pizza together, encourage our guests to pick their own eggs, vegetables or learn to milk goats. We provide healthy and tasty meals made with local, seasonal, home-grown, organic and foraged ingredients, sharing our way of simple life in line with nature with our guests.
