Because of the weather conditions and because it was dark early- was very difficult to walk...it was packed snow & ice, so a slippery and little dark path to go to the houseboat, 7 minutes walk from the parking lot. Otherwise everything was really top..So then I would have given a 10 but for access maybe something could be done if it is rented out in winter. Or better indicate in advance, in the mailing for people booking in winter. In the mail from houseboat itself was in fact a good explanation of the route, that was an sich fine explained.
