The house is divided into 2 floors. On the ground floor lives an elderly couple (88) The first floor is available as a vacation home. The main entrance in shared, directly left up the stairs is the private entrance to the vacation home A large living room with two sofas, coffee table and closet. A sitting kitchen with electric stove, dining table and cupboard with dishes, pans, tea towels etc. A large bedroom with closet and double bed. A smaller bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with toilet and shower. There is a large garden behind the house against the mountain The leftmost parking space in front of the house is available. Through Altenbrak runs the river Bode, right in front of the house. Altenbrak is surrounded by beautiful surroundings with untouched forests. Right now, everything is still very basic. Some improvements still need to be made to the house. Until then, you can enjoy a 50 percent discount. Instead of 850 euros you will now pay 425 euros....
