Nature house in Casola frazione di Terenzo

The house (altitude 500 m) is 2 km from the car park (altitude 750 m) and can only be reached on foot along an ancient mule track. If the road is not wet due to the rain, the host provides to carry the luggage with the mountain tractor. The house is completely isolated placed on a clearing close to the creek, surrounded by an ancient wood in a wild context. The electricity is supplied by solar panels.There is a comfortable kitchen with a small refrigerator, gas stove and a wood stove. The kitchen communicates directly with a porch where one can have lunch. On the ground floor, beyond the kitchen, there is a living room, the main bathroom with shower, pantry and woodshed. In the living room there is a wood-burning fireplace, the sofa in front of it can be transformed into a double bed. Upstairs there is a loft with a double bed and a large room with another double bed and a bathroom service. Wi-Fi is available. Dogs are welcome.

Nature and surroundings

The house is located inside a park of about two hectares surrounded by a secular forest that goes up the whole valley. In the park there are several particular and suggestive corners where one can relax, read and meditate. It is also ideal for activities like yoga or tai chi. At the edge of the park a small theatre has been created from a natural inlet of the woods.Below the house, not far from, an impervious path leads to a stream where, in summer, one can find several large ponds with running water, very pleasant for bathing.Various paths branch out from the house, which lead to beautiful walks on the surrounding mountains, in a context of extraordinary beauty.
