In our house, everyone quickly feels at home. Peace, comfort and space. Our cozy house is traditional but has a modern light decor. Located in a beautiful villa neighborhood against the edge of forests/lakes with many hiking trails. Within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Spacious living room with two sitting areas, dining area with four chairs, wood stove and outdoor balcony with four chairs. Outdoor terrace accessible through the side room. Traditional kitchen with new modern built-in appliances. Wide staircase with green carpet to spacious landing. Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed. Both beds have new toppers on the mattresses. Traditional Swedish bathroom with power shower and toilet. Washing machine in basement. Garden with birch tree and apple trees all around the house. Table and four chairs. Garage with BBQ and garden furniture storage. Parking on the driveway next to the house. Large empty space to house. Ect for storage ivm moving Sweden.
Nature and surroundings
You can enjoy so much beauty, especially the amazing nature; waterfalls, lakes, wildlife, the different seasons. Endless walks from home with beautiful views. Thick blankets of moss you sink deep into, many birds, it's like walking through a fairy tale. Everything looks so healthy. Pure air, so more oxygen. Munkfors, surrounded by lakes and forests, is a quiet village a 45-minute drive from Karlstad. The Klarälvan river flows through the village. Villa Munkas is suitable for those seeking peace and nature. Our house is in a villa neighborhood adjacent to forests where you can take endless walks. Two supermarkets, stores, yoga school, fitness club etc, several restaurants, hairdressers etc are a short walk from our house. Munkfors has a continental climate, hot dry summers and cold winters with snow.
