NB as of July 1, new location Veenhuizen. This Tiny house has everything spacious. In the rear section, past the kitchen, a sleeping area with a stargazing skylight above the bed. The beds can be made up as 2 singles or double beds if desired. This nature house is unique, made by creative, ecological builders with locally found items. Inside, the hanging chair with sheepskin rug beckons, shifting so you can chill between the French doors. Outside, you can lounge in fine chairs or read a newspaper at the picnic table. Also very nice: you can light a fire! Outside by the fire pit or inside in miniature, in the wood stove. Ecologically insulated, basic floor heating + wood stove and therefore comfortable all year round. In the Monumental Barn behind it you will find a neat bathroom, private (very occasionally shared with 1 camper).
Nature and surroundings
This Tiny house stands solo at the edge of a (residential) yard, on its own piece of pasture. In the cottage all info, routes, tips and books. Veenhuizen is historically very interesting, has Unseco World Heritage status. In the Prison Museum and through audio tour and walks with the not boring guide you can learn all about it. Nature reserves Slokkert and Fochterloerveen great beautiful. Eating out can include at Bitter&Zoet, Piepers& Paupers, local beer at Maallust and organic cheese at Maallust. All in all, perfect for a longer stay!
