Nature house in Erica

The nature house is very suitable for a short or long vacation in Southeast Drenthe. It is wonderfully quiet in the hamlet of Amsterdamscheveld, near Erica and yet close to several places of interest. The house is a very complete vacation home. It has two bedrooms:- A double bedroom with double bed- A triple bedroom with a double and a single bed (bunk). In the garden there is a campfire place. The house has a lovely warm wood stove, as well as central heating. You have your own entrance to the plot and therefore complete privacy. In winter there is sometimes the possibility of skating in front of the owner's house on the Dommerskanaal, which without frost is an excellent fishing water. Great chance of seeing owls and squirrels in the garden, in the field adjacent to the street regularly walk foxes and deer! In short, a lovely vacation home where it is good to stay in any season! Smoking and pets are not allowed inside.

Within walking distance is the Griendtsveen park where it is especially fun for young children. Furthermore, at 6.5 km is nature reserve bargerveen, in nature reserve Veenland. A small but special remnant of the once 300,000 hectare Boertang swamp. The moor is alive again here. As are nearly 300 species of birds, some 40 species of dragonflies, 30 species of butterflies and nearly 900 species of moths. Also, of course, Wildlands in Emmen, Plopsaland Coevorden, Ballorig in Emmen and so on. There are several museums; the Van Gogh museum in Nieuw-Amsterdam, the Smalspoormuseum in Amsterdamscheveld, the Veenpark in Barger-Compascuum (museum/park) are some examples. Also the golf enthusiast is at the right place; Golfclub Zuid Drenthe is 1 km from the house
