Staying in one of the 2 cozy haystack cabins, waking up to the singing birds and overlooking the cows in the meadow. Does that sound like music to your ears? Then Farm Berg in the South Holland village of Stompwijk is the perfect location for you! The haystack cabins are comfortable and completely furnished and suitable for 5 persons. There are 2 bunk beds, 1 with a double bed. A table with 5 chairs, a kitchenette with two-burner cooking facilities, refrigerator, (filter) coffee maker and kettle. Shower and toilet are available in the haystack hut. Outside is a terrace with picnic table. For the children there is plenty of room to play and from the yard you can make beautiful walking and cycling trips.
Nature and surroundings
Farm Berg is located in the quiet ribbon village of Stompwijk between the cities of Zoetermeer, Leiden and Den- Haag. From your haystack cabin you look out over the meadows, but by bike, car or public transport there are many sights and cities to visit nearby. From the yard you can start directly with a beautiful walking or cycling tour. On the farm 65 cows are milked by a milking robot, in addition there are small livestock, sheep, chickens, cats and a sweet dog. For children there is plenty to do on the farm and adults can relax.
