New construction with completion March 2022. The nature house is a fully CO2 neutral vacation home equipped with heat pump and solar panels. The romantic two-person cottage is in a unique location. The nature house has a spacious living room from which you have a beautiful view of a nature reserve of Landschap Noord Holland. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences and in the luxurious bathroom you can use a wonderful walk-in shower. The bedroom has a top quality king-size box-spring bed with Texeler comforters. The cottage has a lovely covered terrace and you can use the large garden with pond. This sustainable cottage is an Adult Only accommodation.
Nature and surroundings
Near De Koog on the Wadden Island of Texel, we rent out this beautiful detached cottage with lots of privacy. From the living room and bedroom you can enjoy the beautiful nature. The area around the cottage is an area of Landschap Noord Holland with some old maritime pines from the 30s, a beautiful Acacia and many Alder and Birch. The forest has a rich undergrowth of Boshyacinths and Lily of the Valley. Within walking distance of the beautiful dunes, forest and beach. The nature reserve De Nederlanden and the Slufter can be found in the immediate vicinity.
