Welcome to our cozy cottage, a true 'palace' in the woods near (private) lake 'De Bonnerplas', 2 km away from the village of Gieten. In whatever season you come, it is always beautiful and peaceful! The cottage has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, and two with a single bed each. Two bedrooms have a sink. There is a kitchen, toilet and a shower room. At the back you will find a covered terrace, overlooking the lake. And if the weather is nice, you can use the picnic table in the garden. There is a bicycle shed and a shed with garden furniture. There were 2 puzzles in the closet, a few reading books and games. There good and sufficient light for reading or crafts. Everything was incredibly clean and fresh. We and our dog really had a fantastic winter midweek.
We hebben prachtige wandelingen gedaan in de omgeving, 't Nije Hemelriek was echt het allermooist (swinters is de parkeerplaats er gratis). En voor een ochtend of avondwandeling met de hond is het zeer rustige zandpad waaraan het huisje ligt prima.
Het huisje zelf was prachtig, leuk en comfortabel. Lekker snel warm door de warme lucht blazende vloerverwarming, die snachts helaas ook best goed te horen was, dat was even wennen. Omdat het vroor hadden we de thermostaat op 15 staan.
De tuin is niet op.heind, voor ons geen probleem omdat het te koud was om buiten te zitten. We hadden jammer genoeg wel een grote hond van een voorbijganger door de tuin rennen.
De inrichting was mooi en praktisch, met een ruime eettafel waarop we konden puzzelen. Er stonden 2 puzzels in de kast, een paar leesboeken en spelletjes.
Er goed en voldoende licht om te lezen of te handwerken.
Alles is ontzettend schoon en fris.
