Nature house in Grolloo

I find the price/quality out of proportion. We had a good time together but the house was not part of that. We stayed two nights and shared the plumbing with another group. The plumbing was not cleaned in between. Everything dirty, no soap and toilet paper was out. Both owner's dogs defecated on our lawn. The owner could definitely work on communication. The check-in time was miscommunicated and it was also not clear that an outside caterer is not allowed. In addition, you were not pleasantly addressed either. For a cozy family weekend, I definitely would not go here.

De prijs/kwaliteit vind ik uit verhouding. We hebben met elkaar een fijne tijd gehad maar daar was het huis geen onderdeel van. We verbleven twee nachten en deelden het sanitair met een andere groep. Het sanitair is tussendoor niet schoongemaakt. Alles vies, geen zeep en wc papier was op. Beide honden van de eigenaar hebben op ons grasveld gepoept. De eigenaar kan absoluut werken aan de communicatie. De inchecktijd is verkeerd gecommuniceerd en het was ook niet duidelijk dat een externe cateraar niet mag. Daarnaast werd je ook niet prettig aangesproken. Voor een gezellig familieweekend zou ik hier zeker niet naartoe gaan.

Unfortunately, at the time of our stay a motocross was going on in the pasture across the road. This was not communicated by the owner and I would have thought that was neat. The sound of the mopeds/motorcycles could be well heard from morning until late afternoon. So for a nature house not exactly quiet in nature.

Helaas was op het moment van ons verblijf een motorcross aan de gang op het weiland van de overkant van de weg. Dit heeft de eigenaar niet gecommuniceerd en dat had ik wel netjes gevonden. Het geluid van de brommers/motors was vanaf de ochtend tot einde middag goed te horen. Voor een natuurhuisje niet bepaald rustig in de natuur dus.

Rust en natuur was er overal waar je maar keek, prima locatie om met een groep samen te komen

Was a nice stay, everything was well arranged and went smoothly

Was een leuk verblijf, alles was goed geregeld en ging vlekkeloos

Everything went well, cottages were fine, mattresses were a little too soft though so many people felt like sleeping on the lets. Common room was top notch, had everything needed. Were a lot of flies Present though but otherwise fine. Stove was good. However, it did only have two settings, on and off. Because of this you had to be careful not to burn anything.

Alles ging goed, huisjes waren prima, matrassen waren wel iets te zacht waardoor veel mensen het gevoel hadden op de laten te slapen. Gemeenschappelijke ruimte was top, had alles wat er nodig was. Waren wel veel vliegen Aanwezig maar voor de rest prima. Fornuis was goed. Echter had het wel maar twee standen, aan en uit. Hierdoor moest je goed opletten dat er niks verbrand.
