The nature house is located on a sunny plateau at 1500 m altitude and free in unspoiled nature with views of the peaks of Monte Civetta and Monte Pelmo. The oldest parts of the stone-built farmhouse pre-date 1850. The house has been passionately restored and modernized in 2020/2021. The 2 apartments large and small of a total of 125 m2 offer together space for 6 to max. 8 people. The house is modern, attractive and comfortably furnished. Living rooms with lounge sofa, sitting / dining area, stove ovens, 2 fully equipped modern kitchens with combi-oven, induction hob, hot water tap, dishwasher, fridge freezer, De Longhi coffee machine, 2 bathrooms (large and small) with toilet and 2 separate toilets. Bed linen, bath towels, tea and kitchen towels are included. The house is surrounded by terrace/garden and mountain meadows. There is plenty of peace and quiet here. Active vacationers and families can enjoy hiking, climbing, cycling or skiing here.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located in the middle of the Dolomites with plenty of skiing, hiking and biking opportunities and surrounded by some of the most famous mountain peaks: Monte Civetta, Monte Pelmo, Nuvolau and Marmolada. The possibilities for hiking and climbing are unlimited. From simple walks between the villages to appealing day trips and Via Ferratas in the high mountains. With the most famous mountain passes right at your feet, the nature house is the ideal base for cyclists who love challenges. With Passo Giau, Passo Pordoi, Passo Gardena, Passo Valparola and many more you can make unlimited altimeters in a mountain world of unparalleled beauty. With 1200 km of slopes, the Dolomiti Superski is the largest ski area in the world. The (home) ski area Civetta with 80 km of slopes is part of this huge area. By car the ski areas can be reached within 10 to 30 minutes. For daily shopping you can go to the (neighboring) village and restaurants are within walking distance.
