A great little house, cozy and well-furnished, and everything we needed was there.

Prima huisje gezellig ingericht en alles was aanwezig.

Because it’s located in the woods, the cottage is quite dark and cold. But the heating is excellent, and the lighting is surprisingly beautiful. For us older folks, figuring out the many remote controls was a bit tricky at first. Issues with closing the patio doors and with the internet going down were resolved quickly and effortlessly. The instructions for the access system, the gate, and the projector were a bit too brief for us. It was nice to have plenty of linens available. A lovely old-fashioned clothes rack. A handy shed for the bikes. There were a striking and welcome number of electrical outlets. Nice rotary light switches. All sorts of charming details in the furniture and decor. In short: a lovely cottage where we stayed for 10 days.

Door de ligging in het bos is het huisje nog al donker en koud. Maar de verwarming is uitstekend en de verlichting verrassend prachtig. Voor ons , ouderen, was het werken met de vele afstandsbedieningen in eerste instantie lastig. Probleem met het sluiten van de terrasdeuren en met het uitgevallen internet werden snel en op een vanzelfsprekende wijze opgelost. De gebruiksaanwijzing voor de toegang, de slagboom en de beamer was voor ons wat te beperkt. Fijn veel linnengoed aanwezig. Mooi ouderwets wasrek. Fijne schuur voor de fietsen. Opvallend en prettig veel stopcontacten. Mooie draai-lichtschakelaars. Allerlei leuke vondsten in het meubilair en de inrichting. Kortom: fijn huisje, waar we 10 dagen verbleven.

A lovely little cottage in the middle of a wooded park. From the outside, it looked simple, but inside it was really beautiful. Beautifully renovated. Lots of wood, stylish design. Gorgeous light fixtures. A nice kitchen, etc.

Fijn huisje midden in een bospark. Van buiten leek het eenvoudig maar van binnen was het erg mooi. Prachtig gerenoveerd. Veel hout, design. Prachtige lampen. Luze keuken etc.

It was great—we saw lots of animals, slept well, and, just as the description says, the starry sky is amazing. Here’s a tip: you can take some beautiful photos at the butterfly garden in Norg. It’s a shame the internet is so slow, especially when you’re editing photos.

Heel goed, veel dieren gezien, goed geslapen en zoals er in de beschrijving staat de sterrenhemel is geweldig. Een tip, in de vlindertuin in Norg kun je mooie foto's maken. Jammer dat Internet erg traag is, vooral als je foto's aan het bewerken bent.

A beautiful nature house with everything you need for a wonderful week. Kudos to whoever designed the house and did the interior. The box bed with a view of the forest is especially lovely—how much closer to nature could you want to be? I did feel that the other cottages were a bit too close together, but it didn’t bother me. And the outdoor lounge sofa was absolutely fantastic; with this beautiful weather, it was a delight to enjoy breakfast there.

Prachtig natuurhuisje met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een geweldige week. Degene die het huisje heeft ontworpen en het interieur heeft gedaan complimenten. Bijzonder de bedstee met zicht in het bos, hoe dicht wil je bij de natuur zijn. Vond wel dat de andere huizen dicht op elkaar stonden, maar ik heb geen overlast gehad. En de loungebank buiten was helemaal te gek, met dit mooie weer een genot om je ontbijtje te nuttigen.
