Nature house in Denekamp

This nature house is a place where you can truly unwind. You’ll sleep in a Hästens bed, and you can also enjoy preparing delicious meals together on a Big Green Egg. On the ground floor, you’ll find the entrance, a toilet, a bathroom with a shower, and a storage room with laundry and drying facilities. From the spacious kitchen, you have a direct view of the beautiful Twente hedgerow landscape. In the living room, you can relax in front of the TV, in the reading nook, or quietly put on some music. From the hallway, you’ll find a double bedroom, making it a great option for guests with limited mobility. On the first floor are the remaining four bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet. Are you traveling with children? The nature house has a dress-up box, a teepee tent, toys, and board games. You can also build a cozy fire to roast marshmallows or bread rolls. Would you like to take a ride on our sweet pony Wenke or ride in our tractor? This can be booked in advance upon request.

The nature house is part of a concept that includes Erve Elferman, one of the oldest estates in the area. We raise our own beef cattle on our estate. If you’d like to enjoy our products, use the Big Green Egg, or book the meeting room, please let us know! Everything around the hamlet of Berghum exudes character, tranquility, nature, and a spirit of enjoyment. The nature house is a 5-minute bike or car ride from downtown Denekamp, and it’s also situated in the heart of the Dinkel Valley in Twente, where there are plenty of opportunities to relax. Stunning hiking and biking trails, as well as art and culture—such as at Natura Docet, the oldest nature museum, and the picturesque center of Ootmarsum—are just a stone’s throw away. If you’d like to do some shopping, you can also reach Oldenzaal or Nordhorn in under 15 minutes. There’s plenty to do for young and old alike! PLEASE NOTE!
