The apartment has an exclusive area with private swimming pool and a garden with a panoramic view over the Sado River Estuary and the Tróia peninsula. It is the ideal place to enjoy a few quiet days with the family or a group of friends.It has an area of 56 m2 in one floor. It consists of a living-dining room with kitchen area, master bedroom with queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), bedroom with a bunk bed (100 x 200 cm), and bathroom with shower cabin. Possibility to install an extra bed or a baby cot always in master bedroom. The access is done by a stairway in the garden around the main house, where the owner lives, short walk distance from the parking lot.By the accommodation's main door you may find the covered porch equipped with a large teak table and chairs, and a vertical awning to keep out the afternoon sun, wind and rain. It is the ideal place to have breakfast, a candlelight dinner, reading a book, or doing just nothing but relaxing with the chirping of birds!

We can help you booking a tour to see the wild dolphins, great bird watching points not far from the accommodation, to discover the Arrábida mountains with a local guide... All these can be done every season!You will be surprised on how you will fall in love :)
