Nature house in De Punt

Large vacation home with wellness facilities for private use (sauna, jacuzzi, pool). We have done our best to keep the eco impact of this house as low as possible, so we use less chemicals (salt electrolysis in the pool - open May to Oct), we have one of the best insulated jacuzzis and we heat mainly with heat pumps. On the roof are 46 solar panels, making us virtually energy neutral.There are games available, there is a fireplace and there are several seating areas in and around the house. There is fiberglass internet and in the living room is also a beamer with Chromecast. In addition, you can walk in the immediate vicinity, through our meadow! In the master bedroom we have no curtains, it is really quite dark here and nothing is better than waking up with the beautiful view over the countryside. The front bedrooms are adjacent to the road, these are completely blackout.

This house is located in De Punt, in a water catchment area, bordering the National stream and esdorpen landscape Drentsche Aa and the UNESCO Geopark De Hondsrug. Enjoy unobstructed views of the farmlands and the water opposite. Within a radius of 10 kilometers you will find the estates of Paterswolde, the Zuidlaardermeer, the Drentse Aa, the Zeegser Dunes and the City of Groningen.
