Nature house in Doldersum

This cozy wooden vacation home is wonderfully quiet in the woods near the village of Doldersum. The nature house is surrounded by a large woodland garden (700m2) with several seating areas. From the living room with large windows you can see birds and squirrels scurrying by. There are three bedrooms: one with a Swiss Sense box spring and two with a single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, combi-oven and a large window overlooking the greenery. The bungalow has fiberglass, wifi, all KPN channels, board games, record player, toys, books, washer and dryer. In the garden you will find relaxing chairs, an outdoor stove, a sitting area in the morning sun, a dining table and a canopy. The bathroom has a shower stall sink, separate toilet. The cottage is privately located between other private vacation homes and the nachetn are very quiet and dark with a beautiful starry sky when it is clear. From the bungalow you can walk and cycle into the Drents-Friese Wold nature reserve.

You will stay in the middle of the National Park the Drents-Friese Wold, one of the largest nature reserves in the Netherlands. Doldersum is located between Vledder, Diever, Oude Willem and Zorgvlied. Ruinen, Dwingeloo and Appelscha are also within easy reach. In the cottage are all kinds of brochures and in the guestbook tips from guests to undertake. From the cottage you can walk and cycle straight into the woods starting with the Doldersummerveld with the beautiful Huenderweg which runs through it and where regularly cattle are on the road. A good time to slow down and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The Dwingelerveld and the Aekingerzand. For dogs there is a splash pond and several off-leash routes. For children the barefoot path and several forest pools, climbing park and natural playgrounds. The UNESCO colonies of Weldadigheid in Frederiksoord are within easy reach as well as the Drents Museum in Assen. And super convenient is that rental bikes are delivered to the house and picked up again.
