Nature house in Holten

Dear Guests,Characteristics vacation home:- Holiday home is located on a spacious plot of 600 m2 of private land. Lot is completely fenced (natural separation) and is closed by a fence (ideal for your dog).- Private parking for your car on the lot- Garden shed for storage bicycles. - Kitchen with dishwasher, combination microwave and gas hob with electric ignition. - Storage room with new refrigerator (with freezer).- Hallway - Living room - Shower - Toilet - Bedroom 1 (2-bed with shower cabinet) the bed is 160 x 200 which 2 mattresses 200 x 80 cm.- Bedroom 2 (1-bed) the bed is 90 x 200- Bedroom 3 (1-bed) ditto. WiFi is available, unfortunately there is no fiber optic cable. The WiFi is not unlimited for Appen and internet fine, please do not download large files. Please bring your own bed linen, towels and kitchen textiles.

Recreation opportunities:- Hiking trails- Cycling routes- Mountain bike routes- Swimming pool a short distance (within 1 km)- Nice and cozy village center in Holten, with the market on Friday.- On the village square in Holten are several eating and drinking places. Pizza restaurant Odessa on Wednesday has delicious pizzas for € 6, - At bakery Nijkamp in Holten have delicious bread and you can also enjoy breakfast in the morning. In Rijssen is a nice brasserie "The Passage" this is at the shopping center Hoge Wal here is also a parking garage (near Dirk van de Broek). Holten is a very nice and cozy little village, where there are a number of supermarkets, a bakery, Kruidvat, Hema etc. If you cross the main road at the cottage you walk right into the Holterberg. Here is also the Canadian Cemetery and the Tourist Road. (This goes from Holten to Nijverdal). You can just relax. There are also many walking and cycling routes.
