Rural location in Venhorst, vacation home 3A is closest to the water, detached, comfortable and cozy. Private driveway and private plot of more than 5000m2 including a fishing / swimming pond 6 meters deep also 5000m2. It is enjoying peace and quiet with stunning views. The house is fully equipped, internet via fiberglass, underfloor heating by means of a heat pump, solar panels, charging points for electric bicycle and a public charging point for the car. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, water cooker and all amenities, including dish / kitchen towels. For outside is a BBQ and griddle available. In the nearby state forests, through the peel canal, you can walk and cycle. There are also many mountain bike routes in the area. Venhorst has a Coöp supermarket, snack bars, café, its own bread bakery and a bicycle store. In short, plenty of movement in our environment, but especially enjoy peace and privacy at the cottage on the water where you can also use the surfboards (without sail).
