Nature house in Rucphen

Our Nature House is a fully equipped, detached vacation home nestled in the heart of nature in Rucphen. Our old horse stable has been lovingly renovated over the course of two years into a spacious, cozy home with three luxurious bedrooms. The house is all on one level, and therefore ideal for families with children or guests with limited mobility. A lovely, spacious living room with an open kitchen (fully equipped with cookware and a 5-burner stove), a sitting area with a TV, and a cozy reading nook with a bookshelf and games ensure you’ll never be bored. You can also relax in our private playground and the forest located right behind the Natuurhuis. How wonderful it is to arrive to find a treat waiting on the table and the kettle already on. The beds are made, with a bathrobe for each guest; there are plenty of clean towels in the bathroom, kitchen linens, various types of Nespresso capsules and tea bags, kitchen herbs, and cooking oil. Standard check-in is on Friday (except during holiday periods). Other arrival days are available upon request.

You don’t have to go far to enjoy nature, peace, and open space. The Nature House itself is nestled among farmland and wooded areas, offering a beautiful view (from the sitting area) of the “Heimolen.” From the garden, you can walk right over to our private playground, or relax in a hammock in our own woods. Aside from the Nature House’s peaceful and rural setting, the Rucphen region also has a lot to offer. A short distance away are the Rucphense Bossen (known for their vast heathlands) and the Kalmthoutse Heide, ideal for a beautiful hike. Finally, there’s plenty of variety to enjoy, such as a visit to the Trappist monastery in Zundert or the basilica in Oudenbosch. A day of shopping at Outlet Rosada in Roosendaal, Breda, or Antwerp is also highly recommended! For sports enthusiasts, a day at Snowworld Rucphen is, of course, a must. And there’s plenty for children to do in the area as well, including a petting farm, playgrounds, and interactive museums.
