Unfortunately, the fireplace is not allowed to burn due to fire hazard. In the bright conservatory a rectangular dining table with 4 chairs. Fast good WiFi connection. Generous fly curtain in the sliding door present. Modern open kitchen with oven and 4 burner stove, spacious refrigerator with freezer cabinet with 3 drawers. Dishwasher, Coffee filter machine, Nespresso and Senseo machine. Cupboard with plenty of crockery and glassware, Complete kitchen inventory. Bedroom with double bed with separate mattresses 200x80. A bedroom with one bed 200x90. All beds equipped with flannel cover, pillow and 1 person 4-season comforter. Windows are all papered. 2025 bathroom renovated; large walk-in shower and spacious separate room with toilet and sink with vanity unit On-site linen service for rent, but you may also bring your own. Not suitable for wheelchairs and/or rollators,
Nature and surroundings
This Twente gem is located on the flank of the Kuiperberg with a wide view of the scenic landscape with fields and meadows. Lovely house for up to 3 people. There is a terrace with adjustable chairs and also when you sit in the conservatory you are surrounded by green nature. Here you can enjoy the silence and tranquility and if it gets too quiet you can walk inside to the cozy arty town of Ootmarsum, where history, beautiful galleries and nice boutiques provide a vibrant liveliness. You can enjoy good restaurants or have a drink at one of the cozy terraces Ootmarsum is rich. Fantastic walking and cycling opportunities. Many satisfied guests have already gone before you.
