Nature house in Orvelte

In the beautiful Orvelterveld, located directly on the Pieterpad and nature reserve the Sleenerzand, you will find our nature house. The well-insulated nature house is equipped with heating, shower, toilet and kitchenette with mini-fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The double bed has 2 mattresses of 70x200 cm. The beds are made when you come. Hand and tea towels are provided. There is also a combined dining and sitting area, for your comfort. Outside there is a picnic bench that you can transform into a garden bench. It's just what you want. From the Tiny house you look into the distance through the French doors. Here you still experience actual silence and can endlessly watch and enjoy the rustle of the trees.

If you cross the road, and with it the Pieterpad, you step directly into the nature reserve Sleenerzand of the Forestry Commission. It is a vast and varied forest area with fens, heathland and, of course, woods. Here you can walk and mountain bike, even without meeting other people. If you really choose the silence you have come to the right place. The wildlife camera on the property regularly records badgers, foxes and hares. At 40 minutes by car is the beautiful city of Groningen and within 20 minutes you are in Emmen with the beautiful Wildlands. Also 20 minutes from Assen with the Drents museum. Even sooner, about 5 minutes you are in the museum village of Orvelte and within 10 minutes in the always cozy Westerbork with many catering establishments.
