The thatched cottage is beautifully covered with a thatched roof, is comfortably furnished with a modern kitchen, nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher and a wasmacine/dryer. A cozy living room with beautiful views and with air heating that can cool in the summer . With a cozy wood stove, a double bedroom and two more simple single beds in the living room There is a separate bathroom, a lovely terrace and a large lawn for sports or play. The view is fantastic. In the vegetable garden there are lots of herbs. If you feel like working in the garden: be welcome. If you want to borrow a bike please indicate that. We will see if that is possible. The adjacent Bakhuisje (2pers) and also the Buijshuisje (3 pers) can be rented. They are also nice authentic cottages. Both other cottages have a compact kitchen. See website nature house. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Nature and environment: The village of Herpt is beautiful! This place beholds the river landscape of Heusden and Altena. You can spend hours here walking and cycling through the Dutch landscape. Deep peace on site and lively hustle and bustle in nearby Heusden or 's-Hertogenbosch. The Loonse and Drunense Dunes are 15 km away, kilometers of white dunes and forests. for mountain biking. s-Hertogenbosch is 12 km away. This city was voted Holland's most cozy and best place to shop. A visit to the North Brabant Museum and the Verkade Factory combined with a cruise through the Dieze River is recommended. The Efteling is 20 minutes away.
