We had decided last minute that we wanted a weekend away together. On Friday morning we found this place and asked if we could come a little later. Checkin is actually until 18:00 but I had to work until 17:00 and we would also be on the road for about 2 hours. Fortunately, that was not a problem. Given our late registration, the floor heating was not quite up to temperature yet but the owner had already warmed up the room nicely with an electric heater. The cottage itself is charming, nicely decorated, well finished and and fully equipped. The owners are extremely sympathetic and flexible! Clearly highly recommended!
We hadden last minute besloten samen een weekendje weg te willen. Op vrijdagochtend dit plekje gevonden en gevraagd of we ook wat later konden komen. Checkin is eigenlijk tot 18:00 maar ik moest tot 17:00 werken en we zouden ook nog ca. 2 uur onderweg zijn. Dat was gelukkig geen probleem. Gezien onze late aanmelding was de vloerverwarming nog niet helemaal op temperatuur maar de eigenaar had de ruimte al lekker warm gestookt met een elektrisch kacheltje. Het huisje zelf is charmant, mooi ingericht, goed afgewerkt en en van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaren zijn uitermate sympathiek en flexibel! Duidelijk een aanrader!

Daarbij viel ons op dat routes echt goed staan aangegeven, dat maken we wel eens anders mee! Verder hebben we ook nog lekker in de zon in de tuin kunnen zitten. Sommige recensies geven aan dat het verkeer rond het huisje vrij luidruchtig kan zijn. Dat herken ik niet. Tuurlijk komt er soms een tractor voorbij maar wij hebben ons daar geen moment aan gestoord.
