On the edge of the dunes and beach of Schoorl you will find this vacation home. The beach house is a cozy family house, with a spacious sitting area, an open kitchen equipped with various cooking equipment. The kitchen has a dishwasher, combi microwave and there is an extra refrigerator with freezer. There is also a highchair and camp bed available. In total the house has 4 bedrooms upstairs; all with 2 single beds. One of the two bathrooms is on the second floor with a shower, toilet and sink and a separate toilet. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with sink and washing machine. The fifth bedroom is on the ground floor; In this lodging there is also a TV room, bathroom and WC. Trynke December 29, 2025 General rating:With two families (4 adults and 6 children) we stayed in the beach cottage of Hoeve Te Gast for a midweek around New Year's Eve. The cottage was fully equipped: the kitchen had everything you could want and the beds were fine. Although the weather was not fantastic, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Running through the Schoorl dunes, hot chocolate at Hargen beach pavilion, puzzles and games while the rain tapped on the roof. The delicious oliebollen and appelbeignets delivered by the bakery on site were the icing on the cake. And to end it all, a tentative New Year's dive (big toe) at Petten beach, where our birder was also rewarded with the spotting of a gannet, common scoter, common scoter, gull and even a pygmy goose. En als afsluiter een voorzichtige nieuwjaarsduik (grote teen) bij het strand van Petten, waar onze vogelaar ook nog werd beloond met het spotten van een jan-van-gent, zwarte zee-eend, dwergmeeuw en zelfs een dwerggans.
