Nature house in Penedo

A beautiful villa in a magical village. This nature house is our family home. It sits close to the heart of Penedo village, a short walk from the local coffee shop, the local restaurant, and a beautiful little adega serving high-end tapas and playing live music (Covid permitting). There are four bedrooms (three doubles and one twin), two full bathrooms, and an additional toilet. Every room opens onto the outdoors, the three main bedrooms (one of which is en suite) open onto a shared terrace leading down to the garden. The fourth bedroom opens onto a private patio. The upper floor houses the living room and kitchen both of which open fully onto a large wraparound terrace with an additional dining area and breathtaking views of the mountains, the forests, and the sea. From the road, there is a 'patio' parking place, EV charging point, and access to the garden.

This set into the side of the mountain, above Colares village. Tucked into the natural park with beautiful trails in every direction, perfect for walking, jogging, or cycling, or just relaxing in the garden with your family surrounded by mature plum, walnut, orange, fig, and avocado trees. Less than 3 km from the nearest beaches and close to many historic sites of great natural beauty.
