Beautiful Nature House on large plot, all freedom! Enjoy the peace, quiet and above all NATURE! Our cottage is fully equipped, year-round enjoyment. Modern decor, lovely bathroom! around house all the freedom and visibility. Come and enjoy squirrels and many species of birds. Our cottage is specifically designed for 2 people and then you really have all the space. There is a small 2nd room with a closet (locker). The house has dishwasher, fridge/freezer, over/microwave, brand new Philips Smart TC (50"!), fiberglass/WIFI and many more facilities. Delicious new beds (box springs from 2021!), and completely newly furnished (2021) You will lack nothing. Also a lockable garden shed with electricity and light to possibly charge electric bicycles and/or for storage. Attractive cottage, newly furnished (summer 2021!) Beautiful lighting, all dimmable. ONLY MINIMUM 4 MONTHS TO RENT, MAX 10 MONTHS!
Nature and surroundings
Our cottage is located near nature reserve the Borkeld and the Holterberg, part of the famous Sallandse Heuvelrug. The area is great for cycling, hiking, tracking, mountain biking, in short, all possibilities for both a relaxing and active vacation or stay. Our house is NOT on a vacation park, but in the vicinity are several mostly private vacation homes which are so far apart that privacy is guaranteed. The entire plot on which our recreation house is situated covers about 800 m2. Come and enjoy our house, you are welcome! Fully non-contact stay possible. 1 bedroom with 2 fine box spring beds and 1 small children's bedroom with children's bunk beds (180 cm gross), so ideal for 1-2 children up to about 10-12 years. ONLY MINIMUM 4 MONTHS TO RENT, MAX 10 MONTHS!

Peter September 10, 2021 General rating:Inboedel is helemaal nieuw. Huisje is opnieuw geverfd betegelend etc.
Alles was aanwezig, Bij het boeken ontbrak de info rond beddengoed /linnen etc. Voor de duidelijkheid wel zo handig om dit op te nemen op de websiteNature, peace & environment:In avond en nacht heel rustig, hier werden we rond 8:00 uur wakker.
vanaf de eettafel zagen we de eekhoorns bezig. -
