Our luxury cottage in Drenthe is fully equipped and located in the middle of the forest. It stands in a beautiful rural and quiet area (Reestdal Drenthe). Perfect base for cycling trips and walks. The cottage has a thatched roof, a large living room with wood stove, a luxury kitchen including gas stove with 3 ovens, a Nespresso coffee machine, a bathroom with bath and separate shower, 2 toilets and is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Although the house is located in a forest there is sunshine all around. In the morning you have breakfast in the sun by the French doors or on a sheltered terrace surrounded by greenery. What friendly people everywhere, we are not used to in the city anymore. Experienced for the first time that you cannot really walk through beautiful areas with a wheelchair, but what we could walk was fine and everyone incredibly helpful.
