Nature house in Helmond

This nature house is a cute little house in the middle of the Bakelse Bossen near Helmond. The cottage is simple but offers everything you need. A bathroom with hot shower and toilet, a kitchen with stove and large oven, microwave, electric heating and a wood stove. In the room there is a double bed and a sofa bed with extra topper for more sleeping comfort. Bed linen and towels are provided. The private property covers an acre and is fully fenced. You have a lot of privacy, occasionally you will see a mountain biker passing by between the trees. Outside is a nice garden set with parasol and a fire basket. There is parking space for about 3 cars. It is a small paradise. The cottage is ideal for 2 people but there is room for 4. You will be 4 people in a Tiny House, so maybe not suitable if you bring your mother-in-law.

The nature house is in a special place because the city merges directly into the forest, allowing you to experience the best of both worlds. You have complete privacy yet are within a 15-minute walk of the forest to the supermarket. The woodland garden is chock full of birds, from robins to blue titmice and from the great spotted woodpecker to the buzzard that nested 150 meters from the cottage. If you go for an early walk, you have a good chance of running into a roe deer. The cottage is located on a 9 km mountain bike route, 15 min walk is recreational lake Berkendonk where you can swim for free. With a (mostly forest) walk of 45 min you are right in the center of Helmond for a bite to eat or a movie. The nearby road you can hear (especially when there are no leaves on the trees) a little buzzing in the background. On the side of the terrace, it's not too bad. It's a little paradise.
