Attractive, modern and warmly decorated Holiday Home. The Atelier has a spacious living room with a modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a comfortable 2-person box spring. Through the bedroom you enter the bathroom en-suite with walk-in shower and sink. The toilet is separate. The entire house is on one level. The terrace is accessible from the doors in the living room. Completely hidden from view you can enjoy a rural view of the meadows here. Chances are that a little further away 4 little Ouessant sheep will curiously look at you. The terrace is equipped with a garden table and chairs, a parasol and small barbecue. The nature house was completely renovated and converted into a luxury vacation home for 2 people in 2019. Characteristic elements, such as the high ceilings and the generous windows that provide plenty of natural light were retained. The nature house is equipped with all comforts and conveniences.
Nature and surroundings
Walking or cycling in the Brabant countryside. The cottage is located in the midst of many natural areas that North Brabant is rich. From the Atelier you can walk or cycle there within minutes. And once there, you can choose from many kilometers of cycling and walking routes. Do you love golf? There are many beautiful courses in the (near) surroundings of Het Atelier. The nature house is located 2 kilometers from the cozy village centers of Heeze and Leende. There you will find a supermarket, bakery, liquor store, butcher and delicatessen. There are also several restaurants and eateries for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. Or pay a visit to Castle Heeze. And do you feel like looking up the coziness of a city or shopping? Cities such as Breda, Den Bosch, Antwerp, Maastricht or Düsseldorf and the Designer Outlet Roermond can be reached within 1 hour by car. Want to travel by train? There is an NS railway station in Heeze.
