Peace, space & beautiful nature! At this unique location, which traditionally served as the farm of the landlord's parents, two beautiful spacious nature houses were created in May 2021. The outbuilding is completely gutted and now divided in two. Old elements such as the wooden beams have remained in sight. The apartments are spacious. The bedroom is 20m2 and has a new box-spring bed and blackout curtains. The spacious kitchen/living room is 36m2 and has a 4-person dining table, sofa, armchair and flat screen. Both apartments have a new kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combi microwave, dulce gusto coffee maker and 4-burner induction hobs. The entire house has underfloor heating and is ground floor. From the living room you can go through a patio door to the terrace overlooking the meadow with fields and heath behind. There is a roof for storing bicycles with charging points for electric bicycles.

Located on the outskirts of the idyllic town of Odoorn on a cul-de-sac. Quiet location, overlooking the fields and heathland. When you leave the yard you immediately enter the beautiful nature. The beautiful surroundings are perfect for people who love cycling and walking or lovers of peace and quiet. The municipality of Borger-Odoorn is a tourist municipality and has many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets, fresh bakery, chemists, petrol station, public transport etc.
