This cottage is our newest and most modern vacation home (summer 2021). The house has a modern kitchen, is very well insulated and equipped with a WTW installation which ensures a stable and clean filtered air climate. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, a toilet, a shower and laundry room with a 2nd toilet. The spacious living room is equipped with a kitchen island. There are 2 bedrooms each equipped with double beds (180 X 200 of the brands Emma and Auping) with 1-person Emma mattresses. 1 bedroom has a TV. The 3rd bedroom has a solid and heavy bunk bed of 200 long and 90 wide (with 2 X 1-person mattresses). Children can safely sleep on these. The house is surrounded by a special garden with sloping lawn and wadis that collect rainwater. The house has a private driveway and there is a charging point for your electric car.

The house is situated in a beautiful location. From the house you have a view of a forest edge and a meadow of the Drenthe Landscape. Therefore, there is always something to see. In the spring the cows are let out to pasture and the storks are visible again on "their" pole. For years a pair has had their nest there. The observant nature lover can further enjoy wildlife. For example, deer, hares, badgers, martens, foxes and many other mammals often walk in the meadow and on our property. Because we have not fenced our grounds, the animals can move freely and can sometimes be seen at very close range. The Property is privately located and has remarkably large windows (fitted with glass+++) that come down to the floor, which brings you instinctively closer to nature.
