Nature house in Simonshaven

Our Property is about 4 hectares, is not only vineyard but also cider orchard. The 9 cottages are decorated with unique theme, and are surrounded by greenery. Many fruits such as berries, apples and figs that may also be picked. Each cottage has a comfortable bed, table and chairs and a charging point for the USB plug (bring cord). There is a garden table and chairs. The cottages are rented with linens, towels. Sanitary facilities are within 25 m in the cozy mobile homes. You can cook on a 4-burner gas stove in the kitchen house where you can also wash your dishes. We can provide breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can sign up for a tour with wine tasting. There are 3 chickens, 3 sweet cats, 2 cozy dogs and 2 cute pigs. There is no mains power, charging bikes on 240 V is only possible in the morning from 8 to 10 after consultation with one of our staff. Lighting works on 12 volts. There are bikes and canoes for rent. There is no TV, wifi equipping in optima forma.

The Property, is a unique company vineyard, small nursery and care farm and a place where you can spend a wonderful night. Close to Spijkenisse and yet in the middle of the polder in peace on a beautiful lake. We work completely environmentally friendly, light works on electricity from solar panels. On the island of Voorne-Putten is a lot of nature, sea and beach are nearby. Old towns like Brielle and Hellevoetsluis have much to offer, there are many nice small historic villages. Futureland on the Maasvlakte and Spiijkenisse offer modern technology and architecture. Whisper boat the Kingfisher moors at the vineyard for a trip through nature and architecture . On the Austrian lake next to the vineyard you can canoe or rowboat and even swim. We are also on the cycle junction network. Rotterdam, Delft, Schiedam, Dordrecht, Gouda and The Hague are all within 25 minutes. In short, a unique place in a unique environment, literally the front yard of Rotterdam!
