Because of its unique location you walk directly into the forest where you can walk for hours in nature reserve "Beerzerzand" and forestry Ommen (ca. 6000 ha.). An environment with a beautiful nature with varied character: forests, moors, sand drifts (Sahara) and forest fens. From a small round about to an extensive walking route, it is possible directly from the house. Beerze is a hamlet belonging to the municipality of Ommen (Overijssel). Beerze is located on the river Vecht, has about 200 inhabitants and is very characteristic because of the authentic Saxon hall-house farms. The wooded surroundings, the beautiful nature and the farms together provide a real outdoor feeling. In the vicinity of the nature house you can make very varied walks and bike tours. And with the Vechtdal walking network it is also made very easy for you.
