The nature house is an attractive, on the outskirts of Zwolle, rural guesthouse, built in 1937 and formerly part of the nearby estate. It has 2 apartments of about 100 m2 each and is equipped with all conveniences for a short or long stay. The living room is tastefully decorated, has comfortable chairs, a love seat, a lovely sofa, and a 4K Smart TV . The apartment was recently renovated and has a pantry, kitchenette with sink and microwave, bathroom and toilet. The apartment has a private entrance and has a beautiful view. You can have breakfast, read, play a nice game or work quietly. Because of the beautiful location on the forest and nearby golf course with a spacious view, private parking and a private "back entrance" you have lots of privacy and tranquility. Mentioned prices are excluding breakfast.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located on the outskirts of Zwolle. Due to its location close to woods, bike paths, the IJssel, adjacent golf course and 15 cycling minutes from the heart of Zwolle, the Hollewand is an ideal base to enjoy the outdoors. On the many routes you can walk, cycle or be active with your mountain bike or horse. On the adjacent golf course 'de Golftuin' you can play golf or enjoy a snack/drink. In Zwolle center you can enjoy beautiful terraces, good food, museums and the wonderful atmosphere that characterizes the city of Zwolle. Electric bicycles are available on request.
