Then we would like to welcome you to this special cottage with grand views. Sit on the partially covered terrace and let the view and the overwhelming nature take effect on you. Actually, now everything has been said! But for your information: the cottage is intended for 2 adults (we receive no children, no dogs). The cabin is fully equipped: a sitting area, kitchenette (fridge, coffee maker and kettle, etc.) The 2 beds (90x200) also form a double bed. Luggage can be stored in the large drawers under the beds. Outside is an equipped outdoor kitchen under the canopy where you can cook well. New are a private composting toilet and outdoor shower! In the nearby building De Eek you also have your own toilet and shower, and extensive (shared) cooking facilities. Everything includes use of Wifi and your own raft. Rowing boat and canoe also free to use.

Peace, nature and space are the focus at the Hendriksveen. The cabin was built with passion, creativity and respect for the environment in the high embankment along the water of the former sand excavation. Around the terrace grow various herbs that you can use. The estate is 8 hectares, including a deep lake of 3 hectares (NB: no fishing water). On the waterfront are 2 other 2-person cottages (Aspen and Vleer). All with a high degree of privacy and also only for peace seekers without dogs. One part is private land and not accessible; this is where the managers live. The grounds have a high natural value with, among others, king ferns, sundew and the rare garlic toad. There are also several places where you can sit in peace. For inspiration, a viewing path and a labyrinth have been created. A few kilometers away is the village of Odoorn with good amenities. The walking and cycling opportunities through forest and heath directly from your place of stay are numerous!!!
