Nature house in Gracieira - Óbidos

Beautiful country house in Portugal (5 km from medieval town of Óbidos, 90 km north of Lisbon - 50 min from Lisbon airport), traditional Portuguese style, on 1200 m2 of land, fully equipped (all necessary machines and appliances, including TV, DVD, plus bedding, towels, kitchen utensils, etc.). Max 10 people. Ideal for large families or even two families together. Inside: About 250 m2 living space, large living room with fireplace, fully equipped large kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two for couples + one for up to 4 children) on the ground floor, plus a mezzanine upstairs with extra beds: two individual beds and one double bed (it is the ideal place to accommodate your teenagers - max 4 people). 2 bathrooms (one en-suite in the master bedroom, the other in the hall on the ground floor). Outside: Large garden, private pool (8.5 x 4.5 m), built-in barbecue, covered and uncovered terraces, ping pong table. The pool is usable from 28.5 to 30.9.

The house is located on high ground overlooking the green hills on the outskirts of a small village (Gracieira). The hills are mostly planted with fruit orchards (fruit from this region - Oeste - is the most cherished in Portugal). About 1 km downhill is a large dam (artificial lake). Hikes in this beautiful nature are a must.
